As the person booking your stateroom, you are considered to be the lead passenger. It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your stateroom. You will also have the opportunity to divide payments between everyone in your stateroom. Be sure to have everyone’s credit card details at time of booking. Non-Lead passengers please be advised that ONLY the lead passenger can add, remove and change guests. PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONSYou will be able to either pay for everything up front at time of booking or sign up for an easy payment plan. Payment details are:
- Payments split into 4 payments.
-$250 per person due at time of booking
-The balance of your order will then be split into 3 payments due no later than the 15th of August, September and October 2012.
-All orders must be paid in full by October 15, 2012 to avoid cancellation.
-You can log into your TICKET PURCHASE account at any time to make payments or update billing information.
- After August 15th payment plans will reflect only 2 installments due September 15th and October 15th with a $250 deposit due at booking
- After September 15th payment plans will reflect only 1 instalment due October with a $250 deposit due at bookingPayment plan terms are as follows:
- Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order.
- Any payments not made by the due date will automatically be charged by us on the due date or business day immediately following.
- Any rejected payments will have a 5-day grace period to be rectified before the reservation is subject to cancellation.
- Please be sure to monitor your payments to make sure you are in good standing - this is your responsibility.
WAIT LIST? If the stateroom that you wish to purchase is sold out at the time of booking, you will have the opportunity to be added to the waitlist on that room type. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you have booked your cabin – any cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy as outlined below:

Orders cancelled prior to August 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 per person- Orders cancelled prior to September 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total room charges
- Orders cancelled prior to October 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total room charges
- Orders cancelled prior to November 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of total room charges
- Any orders cancelled after November 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges
RESERVATION CHANGES:- Name changes on any room are subject to at $50 fee per changes
- There are no name changes allowed after November 15th, 2012
- Lead passenger name can not be changed on a reservation
- Cabin changes may be subject to up to a $100 change fee
CONFIRMATION PROCESS
After each payment, you should receive a confirmation email reflecting the pricing and payments. In October, an S.S. Coachella representative will contact you with the Celebrity Cruises reservation number which will allow you to create a log in account on the
