    • What type of payment is accepted?

      All major credit cards

    • If I’m not a U.S. Citizen, do I need a Visa to travel?

      We always recommend that guests who are non US or Canadian citizens contact the Embassy (Consular Services) of each country on the sailing itinerary for specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees for your specific nationality.
      Or to simplify the process contact a visa service to assist with getting this information.. We have a recommended visa service vendor to provide assistance for a nominal fee. See below.

    • What is included with my fare?

      The cruise price (plus the $200 service fee per occupant added at check out) includes: accommodations, meals, most beverages (alcohol, bottled water and soda are NOT included), taxes, fees, port charges, onboard gratuities and entrance to most S.S. Coachella events on the ship. There will be an opportunity for you to choose to see every artist at least once.

    • What is NOT included with my fare?

      Transportation to/from ship, shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore, meals in specialty and à la carte restaurants, wine, beer, liquor, cocktails, sodas, bottled/mineral water, laundry, medical expenses, spa, beauty salon, casino gaming, onboard shopping and all other items of a personal nature.

    • Are there payment plans available?

      No. This close to departure, all payments should have been submitted and accepted.

    • Are there charges to make changes to my reservation?

      There are no name changes allowed this close to departure
      Cabin changes may be subject to up to a $100 change fee

    • What is the cancellation policy?

      CANCELLATION POLICY:
      Once you have booked your cabin – any cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy as outlined below:
      - Orders cancelled prior to August 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 per person
      - Orders cancelled prior to September 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total room charges
      - Orders cancelled prior to October 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total room charges
      - Orders cancelled prior to November 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of total room charges
      - Any orders cancelled after November 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges

    • How do room shares work

      All room assignments have been completed. If you have questions or concerns about your room assignment, Please visit our Customer Service page.

    • How do I purchase the additional amenities for my cruise? (Specialty dining, spa treatments, fitness sessions, etc.)

      By now, you should have received an email with a discrete reservation number with which you can visit the Celebrity Cruises website. There you will Create a Celebrity Cruise account and get started. If you have not received an email, please contact us asap at ssinfo@coachella.com.

    • How do I purchase drink packages

      We are offering a Premium Alcohol package and a Premium non-Alcohol package. After you complete the online check in with Celebrity, you can go to your Celebrity account and purchase the packages there, or you can wait and purchase them on your first day on board

    • I have questions about "select dining"

    • How do I get a hold of a Coachella representative?

      Please visit our Customer Service page.

    • How do I make purchases on board? What is a SeaPass?

      All Celebrity ships operate on a cashless system. For onboard purchases, you will be provided with a SeaPass® Account. This account can be validated with a Visa, MasterCard, Novus, or American Express card, or you may arrange to pay this account by cash or traveler's check. All onboard services and purchases may then be signed for and charged to your SeaPass Account. At the end of your cruise, you will receive a completely itemized statement reflecting your charges.

    • How do I purchase a shore excursion?

      Shore excursions booked on board the ship will be charged to your SeaPass® Account. To book shore excursions, contact the Shore Excursion Desk as soon as possible after boarding your ship, as space is limited. Shore excursions may also be booked through the Celebrity Network in your stateroom and charged to your SeaPass Account.

    • The Cruise is sold out and/or the type of room I want is sold out. Is there a waitlist?

      If your desired stateroom type is sold out you will have the opportunity to be added to a waitlist when attempting to reserve your room, during the purchase process.

    • Do we need, or will you offer travel insurance?

      Due to the unique nature of voyages such as this, cancellation charges will be applied. For this reason, and because we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances might force you to cancel your plans, we recommend that you research and acquire travel insurance.

    • Is this an all-ages trip?

      No, guests must be 21 years or older at the day of departure to attend.

    • What are the dates and times for both cruises?

      2012 S.S. COACHELLA ITINERARY (all times subject to change without notice) We are offering two completely separate cruises. Your purchase of one cruise does not allow access to the other. If you want to go on both, you need to book them both separately.

    • When should I schedule my flight?

      We recommend passengers leave enough time to be ready to board 120 minutes before the All Aboard time when booking your travel to and from Ft. Lauderdale. Guest disembarkation can take as long as three hours, so please take that into account when booking your homeward-bound travel.
      This is recommendation only. We are not responsible for anyone who misses a flight - book flights at your own risk.

    • Are there any special Coachella flight rates?

      Unfortunately no, but we recommend you book your flights sooner rather than later, as the holiday season might get busy with the airlines.

    • Are there any discounted deals on hotels?

      No, but we suggest you go visit any of these sites: Orbitz.com, Expedia.com, Kayak.com

    • What should I pack?

      Closer to the sailing dates, check the weather to your destination and pack accordingly. There are many nice restaurants on board as well, so if you fancy a special meal, pack accordingly.

    • What should I NOT pack?

      No illegal substances or paraphernalia, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, food, weapons or pets. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on S.S. Coachella and all local, state, federal and international laws pertaining to drug use and/or possession must be respected. There is a zero tolerance for this and immediate action including possible ejection of the ship at the next port could be the penalty.

    • What documents do I need?

      As you will be traveling outside of the country and visiting foreign countries, we advise that all passengers carry a valid Passport when attending S.S. Coachella. Passengers who are U.S. Citizens without passports can use an original (no photocopies - must have a raised seal) birth certificate government-issued photo ID to board the ship (and you will be allowed to leave the ship to visit the ports of call). Be advised, passengers MUST have a valid passport to embark or disembark early. All foreign travelers should check with their local authorities to confirm that you have the appropriate travel documents required.
