Once you have booked your cabin – any cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy as outlined below:
- Orders cancelled prior to August 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 per person
- Orders cancelled prior to September 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total room charges
- Orders cancelled prior to October 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total room charges
- Orders cancelled prior to November 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of total room charges
- Any orders cancelled after November 16th are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges

All Celebrity ships operate on a cashless system. For onboard purchases, you will be provided with a SeaPass® Account. This account can be validated with a Visa, MasterCard, Novus, or American Express card, or you may arrange to pay this account by cash or traveler's check. All onboard services and purchases may then be signed for and charged to your SeaPass Account. At the end of your cruise, you will receive a completely itemized statement reflecting your charges.
Shore excursions booked on board the ship will be charged to your SeaPass® Account. To book shore excursions, contact the Shore Excursion Desk as soon as possible after boarding your ship, as space is limited. Shore excursions may also be booked through the Celebrity Network in your stateroom and charged to your SeaPass Account.

We recommend passengers leave enough time to be ready to board 120 minutes before the All Aboard time when booking your travel to and from Ft. Lauderdale. Guest disembarkation can take as long as three hours, so please take that into account when booking your homeward-bound travel.

As you will be traveling outside of the country and visiting foreign countries, we advise that all passengers carry a valid Passport when attending S.S. Coachella. Passengers who are U.S. Citizens without passports can use an original (no photocopies - must have a raised seal) birth certificate government-issued photo ID to board the ship (and you will be allowed to leave the ship to visit the ports of call). Be advised, passengers MUST have a valid passport to embark or disembark early. The guest parking facilities are located adjacent to the terminals at the Mid-Port garage and the North-Port parking garage. The parking fees are $15 per day for regular sized vehicles and $19 per day for oversized. Complimentary shuttles are offered for Pier 18 guests.
Important: Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than three days prior to their cruise. If you have not completed Online Check-in, you will be required to complete this process at the pier two hours prior to the published sailing time.
Please note: Xpress Pass guests (checked-in online) whose cruise departs from ports in the United States are required to be at the pier and checked-in no later than 60 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you may not be permitted to board. For a cruise that departs from other ports not in the United States, please review your travel documents carefully for your boarding time.
Upon arrival at the port, you can leave your luggage with a Celebrity Cruises representative. Make sure your luggage is properly tagged with the S.S. Coachella / Celebrity Cruises luggage tags you will receive either through the advance Online Check-In process or at the port. Porters will take your luggage to your room within a couple of hours after the ship leaves port. Once you enter the port building, you will need to go through an airport-style security area including X-rays and identification checks. From there you will join a line (queue) based on your stateroom number or room category. These lines can be quite long during busy times, so it is advised that you arrive early.
Guests are disembarked by color codes according to flight departure times.
Failure to check in at least 60 minutes in advance could constitute a no-show, and if you miss the ship the booking will be canceled and full cancellation penalties will be applied.
There is no limit to how many bags you would like to bring onboard, however be mindful that storage space in cabins is limited. Both carry-on and checked bags will go through security. Make sure your luggage is properly tagged with the S.S. Coachella / Celebrity Cruises luggage tags you will receive either through the advance Online Check-In process or at the port.
There will be no parties organized by Coachella prior to boarding the ship. You are welcome to have your own parties, but please don't miss the departure of S.S. Coachella.
